FAQ's
How do I send you my shoes?
If you have the original box, that’s great! Package the box using brown paper or a waterproof bag. Clearly display our delivery address on the packaging. If you no longer have the box that's OK, please ensure the items are wrapped in bubble wrap and then packaged securely in a waterproof bag to protect them from the weather during transit. You can use any delivery service you choose but we recommend using a tracked/recorded service so you can check that they get to us safely.

You can send us a strap/belt from your outfit, a reel of cotton, a button or even a paint colour from your local DIY store, Items sent to us to match your colour are returned to you safely with your shoes after dyeing.
